This could be a Kayla Kennington Design
As shehas been creating one-of-a-kind silk clothing and Showpieces for galleries,
individual clients and shows for over 30 years.
She has won countless awards for her delicacy of design and color sense through her career.
Admittedly the specific designer is a guess, as all of the tags have been removed.

The OBIKO boutique sold beautiful Japanese-inspired clothing that resemble works of art.
One-of-a-kind wearable art with a Japanese flair is the specialty at Obiko,
was a small gallery west of Union Square.
The owner, Sandra Sakata, sold clothes created exclusively by what she called "my repertory company,"
a group of 100 artists, mostly from the Bay Area,
who created clothing and accessories in response to themes chosen by Ms. Sakata.
Subjects ranged from "black and white environments" to "African ethnic" motifs, to Asian Sophistication.
Sandra Sakata, born in Watsonville, California, is an American fashion designer.
As one of the originators of the Art to wear fashion movement, her boutique, Obiko,
founded in the mid 1970's, featured one-of-a-kind designs of mostly San Francisco Bay Area designers.
She inspired these designers to produce jewelry, hand knits, woven fabrics,
and hand-dyed silks inspired by ethnic influences worldwide that are symbolic of the art-to-wear movement.
These designs were included at the flagship store, located on Sutter Street near Union Square.
Later, Obiko expanded to New York City. Some of their creations are now in museums. The boutique closed in 1997.

Here is a Scooped Neckline A-Line Spiral Cut Dress made on a Bias
Hand Dyed in a lush, but very subtle "barely there" Seafoam Green
The Spiral Cut is underlined by the inset of silk seaming which circles the body and the arms
Long Dolman Sleeves that emanate from the body of the dress
With a narrow petal cuff
This A-Line perfectly elegant dress comes with a matching Velvet long shawl which can be worn as a sash
Or draped as a shawl in plethora of ways. We have shown photos of some options.
Dimensions of the shawl are 12" x 102" with Angled Ends
The Velvet is an exact match to the dress but has been made to look slightly striated and crinkled.
The beauty is in the extraordinary interaction of Cut and Shape
This is donned over the head, no hardware nor pockets at all
The entire Dress is totally hand made and hand finished.
This is ONE-OF-A-KIND and ART TO WEAR
